1. I understand that all children must adhere strictly to Madrasah's code of conduct at all times.
2. As a parent/carer, I agree to follow the Madrasah's rules and regulations on all matters related to Madrasah. I will endeavor to develop my child's Islamic Adhaab and Akhlaq at all times.
3. The Madrasah maintains strict adherence to basic Islamic principles of good conduct, behaviour and respect. Above all, students are expected to respect teachers, staff members and fellow students. Any student found guilty of insulting teachers, staff members or fellow students, will be judged as inexcusable behaviour and be dismissed or suspended from the Madrasah accordingly.
4. All students that are accepted into the Madrasah are done on a CONDITIONAL basis. Students must successfully complete a 3 months trial period. Subject to having completed this trial period in a successful manner, we will then consider the student's place into the permanent evening Madrasah register.
5. Uniform must be worn when coming to class which is: For boys, White long Shirt (Jubba/Panjabi), White Salwar or Izar and white Hat. For girls, Full Hijaab (Black colour) and a scarf must be worn.
6. Use of mobile phones is prohibited on the Madrasah premises.
7. Any student leaving the class, even for a short period of time, must notify the supervisor or teacher concerned. Any student going outside the Madrasah premises without permission will be cautioned.
8. Unauthorised absence and continuous late coming may lead to expulsion from the Madrasah.
9. The student is to maintain his hair according to Islamic customs and in equal length. The beard should be kept according to Sunnah method.
10. I indemnify the Madrasah against any damages, injuries etc, during the child's attendance at the Madrasah.
11. Three months notice period must be given if a child is going to be leaving the Madrasah. All duc fees must be cleared prior to leaving.
12. I will follow due protocols for suggestions and complaints.
13. I, the parent/guardian, confirm that I have read and accepted the Madrasah rules provided above. I also confirm that the information given above is correct, and if any information changes, will notify the Madrasah immediately.
